Our expert can explain about wine types and wine process, while tasting his best preferred glasses with you. Little by little you’ll also manage much better choosing your wines at the restaurant.

Our pasta class is a nice and enjoyable time, different from many pasta classes here in Florence, because we only organize it for small groups and we take our time to learn and improve our manual abilities. This class lasts about 3-3,5 hours.

We speak about the ingredients, we make pasta together: ravioli, tagliolini and other types. We prepare the stuffing for the ravioli. When all our pasta is ready, we’ll cook it for you and you’ll enjoy the result of your efforts, together with some good wine.
